Writing From the Darkness

For those immersed in the darkness

The night has just begun
And I am one among the Many
Down-trodden-down-drowned
With burden deep deadly depressed
Sorrowful heart rung long ago
False love and heated passion
Made love an empty passing away
I am today what I was not yesterday
I am lost and found simultaneously
Bound confused complex perplexed
Yet determined to be free
Violently motivated toward a
Heavenly destruction of Blues
And Grays, and all shades of White
In the Blackest Hour
The Darkest Minute
The Bleakest Second
I stand in a timeless land lonely
Dearly departed from my Soul-dead
To the world.

Love this poem. It is so heavy with pain and sorrow. I can see all the dark images in your words. Very well written and felt.
